These manufactured homes are built at a local Clayton Homes facility and transported to the community by semi-truck where they are prepped to be set on their foundation by crane.

If I decided to cook a big Sunday dinner in Knoxville, I’d probably call my bros from Lenoir City, Louisville and Loudon and invite them over to my new home in North Knoxville. We’d spend the afternoon experimenting with family recipes, testing out spicy barbecue sauces, and laughing about who really deserves the title of “master builder” of the grill. Living in Knoxville makes it easy to gather everyone together, whether they’re driving in from Lenoir City, Loudon, or even Louisville, TN and there’s nothing better than filling a home with good food, good stories, and good company. Around here, it’s less about who’s the best builder or whose homes are bigger, and more about bringing bros together around a table full of something great to cook. Yes, if I were to cook something in my new home in East Tennessee, I’d certainly consider wanting my brothers to build me something tasty.
